This Privacy Policy explains how Alpha 3 Cubic(“we”), operator of WatsUp at https://watsup.shop, handles information when you use our services.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, and login credentials.
• WhatsApp/Meta data: business account and phone-number identifiers and access tokens you authorize via Meta Embedded Signup.
• Messaging metadata: message status, timestamps, and delivery information needed to operate the service.
• Email audience data: recipient addresses, consent and suppression status, list membership, and campaign delivery events provided by a merchant.
• Store integration data: order and customer contact data from connected Shopify/WooCommerce stores.
• Usage & device data via cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics).

How we use it

• To provide, secure and improve the service.
• To send messages you configure on your behalf via the WhatsApp Cloud API.
• To deliver account and security emails, and merchant campaigns to recipients who requested them.
• To process billing and prevent abuse.

Processors we share with

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Cloud API), Stripe (billing), Amazon Web Services including Amazon SES (email and infrastructure), and Vercel (hosting).

Email choices and suppression

Marketing email includes a visible unsubscribe link and supports one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately for that merchant. We automatically suppress addresses that produce a permanent bounce or complaint, and merchants cannot include those addresses in later campaigns. Account verification, password, security, and service messages are sent only when needed to provide or protect an account and are not used as promotional email.

Data retention & deletion

You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing privacy@alpha3cubic.com. On request, your data is deactivated immediately and permanently purged within 30 days, except records we must retain to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact privacy@alpha3cubic.com.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than yours by the processors listed above, with appropriate safeguards.
