Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, and login credentials.
• WhatsApp/Meta data: business account and phone-number identifiers and access tokens you authorize via Meta Embedded Signup.
• Messaging metadata: message status, timestamps, and delivery information needed to operate the service.
• Store integration data: order and customer contact data from connected Shopify/WooCommerce stores.
• Usage & device data via cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics).

How we use it

• To provide, secure and improve the service.
• To send messages you configure on your behalf via the WhatsApp Cloud API.
• To process billing and prevent abuse.

Processors we share with

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Cloud API), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), Amazon Web Services and Vercel (hosting/infrastructure).

Data retention & deletion

You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing privacy@alpha3cubic.com. On request, your data is deactivated immediately and permanently purged within 30 days, except records we must retain to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than yours by the processors listed above, with appropriate safeguards.
