These Terms govern your use of WatsUp (“the Service”), operated by Alpha 3 Cubic. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under it.
Acceptable use
- You must comply with WhatsApp's and Meta's policies, including messaging and opt-in rules.
- No spam, unlawful, or abusive messaging. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that violate policy.
Billing & credits
Paid plans and per-message credits are billed as described on our pricing page. Credits are consumed per message sent. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Third-party services
The Service depends on the WhatsApp Cloud API and other third parties; your use is also subject to their terms.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha 3 Cubic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Pakistan.
